Equipping young people with mental health first aid skills
Mind First is a youth-led movement equipping young people with mental health first aid skills. Together, we’re breaking stigma, creating safe spaces, and ensuring no one has to face their struggles alone.
About Mind First
Equipping young minds to
care, support, and create change.
Mind First is a youth-led initiative in Bangladesh that equips young people with Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) skills to support their peers. Through workshops, awareness campaigns, and peer networks, Mind First empowers youth to break stigma, recognize mental health challenges, and create safe, supportive communities.
We are honored to be supported by the UNESCO x SEVENTEEN Global Youth Grant Scheme, which helps us expand our impact and amplify youth voices.
